CLASS DESCRIPTIONS & DRESS CODE

Please note that level evaluation was given out at the end of last season, but our structure for levels has changed. All ages and levels listed below are approximate. For example, if your dancer was given a recommendation for Level 1.5 you should sign them up for Level 1. During the first month of classes your dancer will be observed and evaluated to ensure proper placement. If you are unsure your dancer will like a dance class, we encourage you to sign up for a free trial class. We do not offer refunds of any kind.

More add-on classes such as Acro, Stretch & Strength will be added to the schedule based on enrollment of our core classes on the current schedule. Once these additions are made to the schedule you will have the opportunity to add more classes if you choose too.

Adaptive Dance

All Ages Welcome

Adaptive dance is the ability to experience movement and creativity through a supportive and accepting community. It is integrating various levels of experience and ability in one class in a safe and encouraging environment. It is a class in which everyone CAN dance. This adaptive class will not only teach its students how to express themselves through dance, it also helps build on their confidence as well as makes them feel a part of something more. It is a class in which we understand there are limitations in their everyday life, but try our best to make sure those limitations disappear when they enter the room.
