Competition Company
PDP has a reputation of quality and excellence. We expect all of our competition company members to train and perform to the best of their ability and uphold outstanding character and sportsmanship while doing so.
PDP requires all competition company members to fulfill their class requirements in order to remain a member of the company. A minimum of 2 hours of ballet/week are required and company students are encouraged to enroll in a variety of classes. You must take the technique class of any style you compete. We are building well rounded dancers. All competition fees are due when they are billed. Any competition company fees not paid on time will be charged a $30.00 late fee.
Audition FOR OUR Company
PDP will hold auditions for the 2022-2023 Competition Season on June 12, 2022. You must book your audition online through our website. All current members of the competition company are required to re-audition for the team. New member auditions will be held on the same day, during a separate time slot. Both current and prospective competition company members are required to pay a $10.00 audition fee.
All dancers accepted into the 2022-2023 Competition Company will be notified via email on June 14th.
TRAINING & CHOREOGRAPHY INFO
Members of the PDP Competition Company are required to attend the Summer Intensive Program at our studio in August. Cost for Summer Intensive is $600.00 for dancers ages 8-18. Mini Summer Intensive will be offered for our company members that are younger than age 7. Payment for the Summer Intensive along with a signed 2022-2023 Competition Company Contract must be received prior to Summer Intensive.

Choreography for the 2022-2023 season will be done August 22nd-25th. Groups and times are TBD and will be communicated to all company families via email by August 23rd.
Rehearsals for competition company will be held every Thursday from 6:00pm-9:00pm. The monthly rehearsal fee for all competition company members is $50 per month.
