Competition Company

PDP has a reputation of quality and excellence. We expect all of our competition company members to train and perform to the best of their ability and uphold outstanding character and sportsmanship while doing so.

PDP requires all competition company members to fulfill their class requirements in order to remain a member of the company. A minimum of 2 hours of ballet/week are required and company students are encouraged to enroll in a variety of classes. You must take the technique class of any style you compete. We are building well rounded dancers. All competition fees are due when they are billed. Any competition company fees not paid on time will be charged a $30.00 late fee.
Audition FOR OUR Company

PDP will hold auditions for the 2024-2025 Competition Season on May 11,2024 and June 9, 2024. You must book your audition online through our website. All current members of the competition company are required to re-audition for the team. New member auditions will be held on the same day. Current and prospective competition company members are required to pay the $20.00 audition fee when the audition is booked. All dancers accepted into the 2024-2025 Competition Company will be notified via email. All dancers accepted into PDP's competition company are required to attend Summer Intensive, PDP Workshops and Master Classes.
TRAINING & CHOREOGRAPHY INFO

Members of the PDP Competition Company are required to attend the Summer Intensive Program at our studio in August. Summer Intensive schedule and cost is TBD for dancers ages 7-18. Mini Summer Intensive will be offered for our company members that are younger than age 7. Payment for the Summer Intensive along with a signed 2024-2025 Competition Company Contract must be received prior to Summer Intensive.

Choreography for the 2024-2025 season will be done in August. Groups and times are TBD and will be communicated to all company families. Rehearsals for competition company are TBD. There will be a monthly rehearsal fee for all competition company members. That fee will be detailed in your contract.
